Losing weight over 40

Any tips? Possibly perimenopausal. Need to lose about 15Kg. Dreadful tummy, getting rid of which is probably my main motivator. I go oof when I bend down because of my big tummy.
Currently suffering sugar and salt cravings.

try the nhs diet plan (link included). They give you a daily calorie allowance of 1,400kcal a day (but if you find it hard to stick to this you can use the BMI healthy weight calculator to work out a daily calorie allowance that works for you). Pair this with the couch to 5k app, and (if you can) the Joe Wicks morning workout (livestreamed on youtube every week day at 9am- you can do it with the dc).
