No motivation to lose weight but so upset over it

Has anyone been upset over their weight but no motivation to stick to something to change it?

I would start healthy eating or slimming world then soon look for easier to grab more convenient foods / drinks and it all goes to pot!! Sad

What was the final straw for you that made you think this has to stop and actually did something about it all?

I have tried getting rid of unhealthy food in the house, buying a dress too small to get into, making weight loss rewards, trying a new exercise or food, everything I can think of yet I still reach for the 'easier' options of just grabbing something unhealthy or going back to my old ways and it's making me so upset but just can't snap out of it.

Advice and tips all welcome!! Help a struggling girl out 😩

I can't really say much but sorry to hear you're struggling with weight loss. I am obese and have just started my weight loss journey, I think my inspiration is looking at my 2 month old DD - I don't want to be stuck on the sofa while she's playing and I want to make lovely memories of us with me looking considerably less chunky than I already do! Grin How about sticking it out with someone? Know it's not a competition but if you have someone to talk to every day you'll surely keep each other on the wagon?
