Anyone else find that they cant stop eating since lockdown?.

I need to curb my eating, but I don't know how to. I feel like stress and boredom are my triggers, and I constantly find my self in the fridge, eat far too much, feel bad, say I will do better tomorrow and then just repeat :(.

Anyone up for a support group?. I need some accountability/ tips to break the cycle.

OP, I avoid snacking by having rigid meal times. Alarm at 7:30, have breakfast. Walk dog for 2 hours, cup of coffee

Lunch at 13:00

Dinner at 19:00

Having fixed meal times stops me snacking as I think “only two hours until lunch, I’ll wait”

Don’t want to come out of lockdown the size of a house Grin that’s my motivation

But yes, routine works for us

Oh my gosh yes! I feel like I’m eating because I’ve got nothing else to do. I have BED and am binge eating stupid amounts of junk now. I’ll have a good healthy breakfast/lunch/dinner and then eat like 6 snicker bar icecreams all in one go. I’ve put on so much weight. Going to be putting everything I eat on my Instagram account from tomorrow. Maybe that will give me some incentive.
