I am writing this down so I don't eat more
- coffee, orange juice boiled egg bread and jam
- salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pear, pasta with pesto and water
- tomato, garlic, ginger onion flavoured rice with grilled bbq cheese and grilled courgette and aubergine slices. Strawberries and blackberries as a dessert.
- a coffee with sugar. A half juice, half water drink. Water.
I must resist eating anything else. I've eaten big enough portions. I don't need more.
