Hi all iv been on a diet on and of since Jan! Managed to lose a stone and then lost and gained 3 LB over and over. So I started calorie counting last Monday! Using MyFitnessPal I am allowed 2190 cals a day to lose 2LB a week. I have been having 1700 on a good day and 2000 if I am wanting more sweets etc!
In 6 days I have lost 7.5 pounds!! I have never lost that in a week on any diet...
I am breastfeeding so just wondered if I am having enough calories to feed baby (6 month old) with having such a big loss in under a week 🧐
