Did losing weight give you insomnia?

b4 anyone assumes too much, I'm not losing a lot of weight, probably like 1 lb/week due to the stress of lockdown.

I'm prone to insomnia anyway.
It's probably just the constant stress of Lockdown making my insomnia worse. But sometimes it feels like something physical as well as the emotional side. I wondered if insomnia when losing weight was common. Has anyone had that?

I lost 11kg since last year and didn't get insomnia- in fact, I sleep better, that is likely due to less work stress.

Despite losing weight very slowly, my hair started falling out!!! Not in patches, but from all over and FAR more than usual when I washed or brushed it! Same happened a few years ago when I lost weight. Its stopped now, but started 3mths after starting the diet- apparently the 'typical' time for it to happen Shock
