I can do that cross-tuck-leg- under thing!

For the first time in basically forever I can sit and cross my legs, and then tuck the lower bit of the top leg back under the other leg. I've seen friends and colleagues do this for years but my legs were too big.

I'm sure some people can do this at any weight, but today (weighing in at 4.5 stone loss and 2 more to go), I can do it!

Very weird NSV, but I'm pretty chuffed and had to share it somewhere :)

Well done!!

I cleared my wardrobe out I tried on a t-shirt that used to not fit, and now it does!

Good luck with the rest of your journey

Thank you @YummyBelicious, you're very kind to respond. Well done on your NSV too! It's such a great feeling isn't it.

Well done Roo! It is indeed a strange NSV but one I've thought of before too, I think people just do it and don't think anything of it at all but if you can't do it then it's something we notice, is a goal for me Smile

That's funny because I could never do it as a size 8! I can now size 10 ( I don't think it's weight) , I can also do sit ups which I could NEVER do Grin . it's just practice I suppose (I don't go to any classes now) I sit cross legged on the sofa in front of the telly to keep up the flexibility
