Try oatcakes with fruit spread (like jam but no sugar). Dcs and I eat lots of these.
Mini oatcakes dipped in fruit puree?
Breadsticks and sticks of veg with houmous?
Sunnyvale malt loaf from health food shops.
Crispbreads with honey.
Crispbreads with tartex.
I love toast with tahini, natex (like marmite but less salt) and cucumber.

Quark with sliced fruit or with berries

fruit salad - variety of combinatilns to make it interesting each time

unsalted nuts

dried fruit - prunes and apricots

carot stiks and celery stiks but preferably without dips

salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, red pepper and some lemon juice
