Pre pregnancy I was very slim 5ft 4 and weighed approx 54kg
During pregnancy I put on a lot and after a year I still haven’t lost it, any of it. I now weight 70kg, it’s all on my hips stomach and legs...
Now here’s my worry,
I am currently trying to loose weight and get to at least 60kg, if I reached my weight goal will I have excess skin left over? Any tips to help avoid this if so?! Thank you!
