I think bulimia is when you make yourself sick after eating if not it could be classed as a form of anorexia if starving or maybe more simply comfort eating ?! Not too sure to be honest

vueltoloco · 12/09/2007 20:58

That's what I thought. Have been mildly anorexic in past but this is not that because I do eat sometimes and my weight is roughly staying the same.

If you make yourself sick after binging then that's classed as bulimia.

Or do you binge for days then starve for days?

Is there a pattern to your binging?

vueltoloco · 12/09/2007 21:01

Ihave a little bit of a binge aropund PMT time and otherwise eat verrry little except that it includes bad stuff. Then, as soon as I'm stressed I just stop eating or do Atkins compulsively.

i think you can have a combination of the two

bulimarexia (sp)

whatever it is, then you are clearly having issues with food that you need help to address

Have you considered this could be stress related ? I know when im stressed or depressed i either eat enough to feed a horse or nothing at all for a few days.
