I have eaten nothing but rubbish this week, my weigh in will be terrible on friday. All week i have been eating chocolate, biscuits, chips and pot noodles. Havent eaten this bad in ages. Even tonight ive had soup for tea, then a chinese tonight and now im sat with a glass of baileys and some more choc! Must be that time of the month...

And ive done no exercise, ive been chauffered around in the car. How lazy is that! Doesn anyone else have bad days/weeks were they just cant get motivated and eat like its going out of fashion?

Have never done this thread before but I'm having a bad day right now. Thought I'd cracked the biscuit thing by only buying biscuits for ds's but have just eaten 6 of their biscuits - makes me feel doubly bad.
Lets say that tomorrow we're going to be really good, even if that means that Friday could be a bad day again. Sometimes for me, just promising I'll lay off for one day seems to make a big difference. If I can look forward to naughty treat in near future, strengthens my resolve. My big difficulty during the day is not finishing off the kids meals.

have stopped eating now, may be sick soon! i will try to be good tomorrow but im at college 10-8 and i eat rubbish, and i'll be tired cos im sat on here instead of going to bed so i'll need extra cappucino and biscuits tomoz. Maybe i should walk there and back? Will see what the weathers like. I know wot you mean about kids biscuits, i always buy them just for theirs and dp's pack ups but i still end up eating them. And why baileys? It must be like liquid creamcakes! Darent even look! Thanks chandra, will try to stay philosophical.

If you know it's going to be a bad/hard day, (I work part time so try practice this on work days - might seem childish to weight loss club members but...) promise yourself a treat at the end of the day if you eat a certain no. of pieces of fruit during the day. So if i take four pieces of fruit to work but honestly don't want to eat them all (because they're dull, for example), then no treat. But if I really am hungry and eat all the fruit, then the treat at the end of the day doesn't seem quite so frivolous.
Need a strategy for stay at home mum days when there's loads of food around AND tempations to go to the park and have a cake at the cafe....

There are just temptations everywhere though, no where is safe, not a bad idea, may just try it tomorrow.
