Baby weight

I was wondering if someone could help me. I had my DD 4 months ago and put on just over 2 stone but no matter what I do I cannot lose the weight. No matter how I eat (good/bad) and no matter how much exercise (gym/running/walking) my weight stays the same - I don’t fit in any of my clothes and it’s really getting me down 😢

They say it can take 9 months to lose it as it took 9 months to put it on..
I gave birth a month ago via c section and cannot exercise yet which is driving me insane! I lost a lot of weight initially but have since hit a plateau so am interested to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar..
Could some of the weight still be additional blood/fluids that haven't gone back to normal yet?

I haven’t lost anything in probably the last 2 1/2 months it’s hard work because I exercise and eat well almost for nothing! If I got it off by 9 months it would mean I would need to lose a pound a week surely I can do that 😩

What is your typical daily diet?

Watching as I'm the same, DD is 12 weeks and I also have two stone to lose Sad the lock down isn't helping either! I was considering intermittent fasting to try and shift it but it's so hard not to eat when sitting around the house all day
