Hi all - hope you are all safe and well.
I'm using the lockdown to try and lose some weight, I'm hoping the closure of restaurants/lack of junk food from shopping trips etc will work in my favour. I've got around 10kg to lose and have just signed up for Jane Plan and am on day 3 currently. Feel like this may just be the one to kick start a healthier lifestyle, I'm amazed at what a portion size should actually be
. Anyone else on Jane Plan at the moment??
