How do I lose those difficult last 10 pounds?

Had DC2 recently and gained about 20 or so pounds overall. Have managed to lose the first 10 in the last 3 months by doing low carb, calorie counting using MFP and combining with intermittent fasting. I'm almost 35 and I feel like my metabolism is slowing down now! The last 10 seem to be so stubborn, what can I do?
For context I'm only 5ft and my normal per pregnancy weight was 7.5 stone. Just wanna get back to that as all my clothes fit me so well at that weight.

Have you tried exercising more to increase your metabolism? My weight loss (31kg so far) had slowed down, so I went back to my pre pregnancy fitness habits (30 to 60 minutes of weights / hiit / cardio at home everyday). I have started losing again AND I am losing inches.

And I am almost 39, and the slimmest I have been since I was 22.

Definitely up the exercise. I also found it easier to lose a bit more by switching to maintaining for a bit, still logging everything I ate, and then going back to the diet.
