Has anone been to a class called cardio tone or similar? I'm booked into one tomorrow night and terrified!

I am not fit but recently have been going for 20min jog/walks! Oh I am so scared but I need to do something and I know unless I'm in a class I'll only do a short exercise then sneak off for a sun bed while xp has DD!

Never been to cadio tone (don't think they have that one round here) but if you are inclined to sneak off at least a class is a good thing as you will feel embarrassed to leave early. Give it at least three sessions before making a judgement. You might hate it first time.

Should have said on the leaflet it says "aerobic exercise with toning intervals". Please tell me that won't be loads of really fit people who will laugh at me hyperventilating?!

Thanks mrs S. Exactly my thinking. I asked on the phone if it was high or low impact but the boy on reception didn't know so told me to come along and see

It'll be fine used2bthin, just hide up the back until you get the hang of it! I'm going to try a new class tomorrow and that's exactly what I intend to do.

oh good that makes me feel better! I will get there early I think.
