Hi guys. I'm 31 and just weighed myself 18st 12lbs 😭 I'm so annoyed at my self because 6 years ago I was 23st 8lbs and I got down to 11st 8lbs so I have put more than half back on because I'm so weak willed.
I really need help, I need my body back, lost about 1.5st end of last year but with ongoing health issues since December I have been miserable and put 10lb of that back on.
How do I get back on track and get my head out of were it is ? Is anyone else at the start of a long journey? Thanks for reading

You've done so so well to get down from 23st stone so don't be too hard on yourself!

The best diet I've ever done is the whole 30, it really changed the way I think about food. It's quite restrictive in what you can eat but you can each as much of the things you're allowed as you want! There's loads on google and social media about the whole 30 if you want to have a research.

What did you do to lose the weight last time?

And how did you put the weight back on?

Just done it all on my own, healthy eating, cutting out rubbish, gym and swimming.
Got to goal weight then seemed to slowly think I could start eating 1 or 2 things I use to and just kept pilling back on.
I know how to do it I just need to do it 🤦‍♀️
