Has anyone ever looked at ways of eating linked to hormonal resets?
I've been reading up on the impact of cortisol and Leptin on your ability to lose weight and it makes for interesting reading.
A guy called Dr Westin Childs has written a lot about this and perhaps more well known is Sara Gottfried
I haven't read her book though so was just interested to hear if anyone's looked into this properly and whether it's worked for you as a reset of your body.
