Noom diet plan

Has anyone tried the Noom diet plan? I am thinking about signing up to it but the price is putting me off. Is it worth the money, has anyone used this and kept the weight off?

It’s not a diet plan. It’s a psychology app that combines online therapy/psycho education, calorie tracking, self-improvement, wellness etc.

It’s pretty good actually. I joined for 6 months, but stopped using after 4 months. But it was helpful in kickstarting my weight loss (I’m almost 4 stone down now).

A lot of the diet and psychology advice is really very good. The 1:1 element is very weak and feels like a bot. The food tracking is very US centric, so you have to enter things manually.

I’d recommend it on the whole. I think it established me on my weight loss journey, and helped me to focus.

Now I mostly just use myfitnesspal though.

Do the trial, cancel the trial and then tell them it's too expensive. I've ended up getting it at less than £20 a month rather than the £60 they originally wanted.
