Hi , I’ve been advised to lose at least a stone by my GP , I’ve been thinking about getting a personal trainer for weights & resistance fitness they don’t come cheap
Do any of you have a PT if so how many hours a week do you put in to gain the benefit

Focus on what you are eating as that is primarily how you gain/lose weight.

I’m also menopausal not on HRT with high blood pressure my Dr suggested exercise I need to strengthen my bones and muscles
