Over the past few weeks I’ve slowly built myself up to the below, am I missing anything glaringly obvious?
Monday, wed, Friday 5k HILLY walk (on off jogs) with the pram
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday joe wicks 20minutes HIIT
Food consists of something along the lines of:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt, nuts or overnight oats
Lunch: salad (no dressings, lots of greens etc) or scrambled eggs
Dinner: roast meat or fish with veg or 300cal wrap pizza
Snacks, boiled eggs or hummus and veg or yogurt
Plenty water, as little alcohol as possible
I know I’m lacking fruit but don’t like most of it!
