Any experienced Herbalife dieters around? need advice

Hiya,

I have been taking Formula 1,2 and protein for a couple of weeks and it's working fine, but I have heard about cell activator and Formula 3. Can you combine them with Formula 1,2, and the protein? or am I about to comit a Herbalife overdose?

PS. What about the Yellow tablets? do they work?
