Hi
I am calorie counting and doing a short set of exercises 5 times a week I want to lose a stone I was 9st 10lb to start but only 5 feet 2 so chunky :)
1st ten days or so all was good and 3lb came off gradually but the last week I am only 1lb down and can't understand why. I am limiting myself to 1200 calories a day and less than 100g carbs. I am 58 if that makes a difference.
Can anyone please give me any advice or tips please? Thanks
