Weightloss buddy wanted

Hi I’m 50 I’m female and lost 86lbs the last 60 lbs lost via WW and calorie counting

Thing is I used to yoyo diet mainly on slim and dave cambridge and exante plus lighterlife

The weightloss is so slow now and I get demoralised I’ve about 20-30lbs to go.

I do a fair amount exercise but would love someone focused like myself to keep each other going or maybe we could have a group buddy post here ?
