My metabolism tends to slow down big time when pregnant so I always pile on the weight (averaging a 23 kilo weight gain with each pregnancy!). I always get down to pre pregnancy weight/size of 60 kilos, but it takes a good long time! I swear it’s because breastfeeding keeps my metabolism slow! I don’t eat more then I normally would! Anyway, I have an initial big drop of weight the first couple weeks and then it stalls to a slow 1 kilo a month usually.
I have 8 kilos to go! So I’m just going to post here as a way to keep track of my diet/exercise or lack of exercise!
I find it hard to get stared when I’m tired! Still waking a few times a night to breastfeed. Heck it’s 2am and it’s already the second time up feeding!
Today i have been eating a bit of junk, so tomorrow the diet starts!
Anyone else trying to shed the baby weight? I’ve never been good at diets. I have a goal to be back to 60ish kilos by the time we go on our beach holiday in May!!
