At 50 I think I’ve found a healthy way to keep my weight down without feeling miserably hungry

So my basic week day might look like this:

Multivitamin tablet

Two unsweetened oat milk cappuccinos and a banana before 12

12 noon - a 60g bowl of Bircher muesli that I’ve soaked overnight in fridge in apple juice and Greek yogurt. Lots of frozen blueberries and raspberries - mixed in - this is so delicious

Banana, apple, a few almonds mid afternoon

Supper - a wholewheat base pizza with Mediterranean tomatoes and basil and cheese topping and a huge salad with a small splosh of dressing

Big glass of diet bitter lemon with ice and possibly a hint of gin

Milky Way

Herbal tea

This is really working for me and I’m feeling full and not deprived. Just thought I’d share if you haven’t tried Bircher (basically bashed oats with grated apple and banana). It’s keeping me going for hours and feels like a treat
