not drinking wine every night!
I still have a couple of a Fri and Sat night ( i am human after all!) but not during the week.
My eating habits are still the same (until next week that is!) but i still seemed to have lost this weight nonetheless and this is the only thing i have changed.
Just thought i woudl share that with you!
BTW, it happened over a couple of weeks so that aint bad is it?!
