I'm going away for a weekend and will have no access to cooking facilities (except a kettle) so am thinking of taking some of the pots that you just add boiling water to. I tried one last week and it was rank, I couldn't even finish it, and I love porridge! I usually use plain oats in the microwave but obviously will need to spend a few more points and get some pots.
Any tried and tested ones you'd recommend please?

Is there a fridge? Could you portion out overnight oats with fat free yoghurt?

Yeah, overnight oats I would say if you have a fridge. Are you in a hotel? Can you ask for poached eggs instead for breakfast?

There is a teeny fridge, enough for a couple of pints of milk, which is what will be in there. I could try putting some yogurt on the window sill I guess?
It's not a hotel, we're self catering with no kitchen to save money

If you haven't left yet - As a girl my family ate rolled oats with milk in - like muesli without the nuts and raisins.
