Am I doing this wrong?

I started WW online on the 27th Dec. I was 11.8 after christmas, which was too heavy at 5'7. However, I'm skipping breakfast and lunch during the week and then eating the free foods and using my points at night. I usually have something like chicken and brown rice and a glass or two of red wine.

Last night I had a chicken kebab on pitta bread as a treat after not eating all day and then a few wines that I had saved points for. I was very sick that evening - i think because of wine/not eating enough.

I am now 10.11 so i am losing weight quite quickly, but I have had eating issues in the past and I am worried that combining WW with fasting during my work days is probably not a great idea. I am scared to put weight on though. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated.

Skipping two meals a day isn’t right or sustainable long term.

I can’t really advise on the wine because I don’t drink but there’s quite a lot of calories in wine, if you are drinking every day or ‘saving’ calories for it, that’s not sustainable either really.

Surely if you don’t eat during the day, you’re ravenous by the evening so end up eating more to compensate?

No I don't, I point what I eat so I don't eat extra to compensate.

I'm not drinking every day - maybe every other day.

I'm not sure that WW - or indeed any kind of fasting - is recommended when you've had issues with eating. For what it's worth, your diet now is similar to what I ate when I was anorexic. Please look after yourself Thanks

I do eat breakfast and lunch at weekends, just not in the week. I'm worrying because I'm at a work residential thing for two days next week where 3 meals a day and snacks are provided and I don't want to eat them. I'm worrying that there won't be WW friendly options.
