I’m around 7 weeks pregnant and overweight- bmi 28/29, I had been losing some weight before getting Pregnant but now wondering what can I do to limit the weight gain/ lose some weight in the first trimester and continue to be healthy throughout . I know that slimming world is approved by midwives so considering joining - I gained 5 stone with my first child and didn’t lose it all so I cannot under any circumstances put that on again as I struggled with this weight gain physically. Any advice or support greatly appreciated!
