Sorry if this has been asked a million times - is anybody following team RH Fitness?

If so, how have you found it?

Thanks in advance

I have been a member for 2 years now. I lost 3 stone really easily then have pissed about for months and have put a stone back on Angry my own fault!

Once you get the hang of it, it really does work. Eating enough protein and fibre each day can be tricky but i learnt about products which really help. I also didn't do the steps but i exercise regularly anyway so I figured I was doing something.

If you want to know anything specific, just ask. I'm back on it now as i am so annoyed at myself for putting the weight back on Sad

I followed it for a while, it is quite hard at first to eat as much protein and fibre as they recommend and stay within your calories but once you have that sorted it's fairly straight forward. I love their very straight forward no nonsense videos. I had to cancel as I couldn't afford to continue as my swim son costs a fortune to feed but the general idea of being in calorie deficit is quite easy to do alone.

I found it very patronising and cringey. Some of the stuff they write sounds like a teenager wrote it.

It's so good. Not faddy or money grabbing. It's about learning to eat good nutritious food that satisfies you so you don't binge then eating cake (or whatever you fancy) completely and utterly guilt free. No demonising food or surviving on 1200 cals. No syns or points or meal replacements.

I don't really watch the videos now but he does have a way with words Grin which i think you either like or don't. His explanations are really clear and illustrated well.

However, i am not a big fan of the other people who 'work' for Team RH as coaches. Some of their FB pages are all a bit attention-seeking as in constantly posting photos of themselves (I mean almost daily) so they get comments about how good they look etc and constant videos of them cooking etc. I unfollowed one couple who were particularly bad for attention seeking posts and also just because they were obsessed with live cooking brunch demonstrations but they were always after 12 o clock so, no that isn't brunch now, it is bloody lunch so just call it lunch! Gave me constant rage for some reason Blush

Some of your replies made me 😂

Thank you so much all, I'll continue to have a look at their pages and make a decision after this coming weekend when I'm away and will probably be eating lots of lovely Italian food!!
