Yes please! I started making an effort on New year's eve, when I weighed myself I was 15st 8lb, and I'm 5'5. It was the first time I had weighed myself in years, and it's the heaviest I have ever been, including when I was pregnant. 😬
Just from eating too much general crap and not exercising at all.
This morning I weighed myself 15 days later, and I am now at 15st 1lb. So I'm going the right way. 😁
I have been doing workouts from youtube every morning when I wake up, so I can't put it off.
Been drinking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before meals. It's supposed to help suppress appetite.
Limiting myself to 2 "treats" a day (I could usually go through an entire pack of biscuits)
Eating more salad with meals to take up room on the plate, and more fruits and veggies in general.
Taking things one step at a time, and trying to do the next right thing each day (thank you Frozen 2 song)
