Has anyone seen this? There were extracts from it in The Saturday Times, I was intrigued, and put into practice her first two exercises, which are already paying off.
My Story
I lost 4.5 stones using Lighter Life. I really like their focus on psychology - the why rather than the what of eating. I am not crazy about their food (gassy). My local counsellor is great, but her days don’t work with my schedule.
Weight creeping back & I tried various other diets. Most are too high calorie for me. I came to the realisation that I had to take full responsibility for my eating and not rely on a commercial or popular diet, or my counsellor.
The Last Diet really fits into this. There is quite a lot of introspection required into digging in to why you overeat or eat inappropriately and coming up with you own solutions.
