Hello, so I am just wanting a bit of advice, desperately need to shift some weight and want to join sw or ww. I have tried them both before - ww was quite some years ago probably about 12 years ago and it worked well, sw a couple of times but always ended up messing up and not going back. I know their plans change a lot so I’m sure both will be different to how they used to be. I have a family and work life can mean I’m out at different times of the day and sometimes here there and everywhere, so need something that suits that really. I suppose I need something quite simple to follow and not leave me feeling hungry otherwise I know I will just mess up. So any advice any one has would be greatly appreciated please. Thank you xx
