OK, ladies, here we go - to my shame I've put a pound on again so at least with any luck Smalline you'll have lost it! Come on, Tortoise, Pesme, jambuttie, Furball, we've all got a lot of cake not to eat if we're to fit our party clothes by Christmas.... Furball, hope you had a wonderful holiday.

Good luck, ladies! I've lost 2 stone over 2.5 years by not dieting - just eating low sugar foods and exercising more. Would like to lose another 20lb.

Hello, fortyplus, that's a fantastic achievement and truly encouraging for the rest of us! The half stone or so I've lost was by doing a bit more exercise and keeping off the cake, but I've come to a halt now and need to get motivated again. My problem is that my clothes all fit again now, but I'm still wodgy and waistless....

11st 11 lb ths week. I need to lose more but at least i seem to be staying around the same weight at the moment.

Well done fortyplus.

Smalline · 31/08/2007 11:03

Stayed the same this week.

thanks Heavybee for keeping us inline. I had a fantastic holiday, daren't weigh myself though. Can highley recommend chocolaballs if you going to Holland, they are like a massive round eclairs covered in chocolate and filled with cream! but not as sickly as it would be with our fresh cream. yummy.

Now I must get back into the swing of things as I'm a size 16 and must have been one of the largest ladies there how come all these scanadanavian women can have countless kids and then spring back into a bikini and on top of that have a natural looking even tan [grr] rather than my milky mottled look. dh probably didn't even notice
