I'm so excited i almost squealed ha ha but didn't want to wake anyone up in the house.
So for the last ten years I've weighed 16 stone after being diagnosed with PCOS. I'll be honest i haven't really done much in trying to lose weight over the years. However, since last October (after a car accident) others have noticed I've been losing weight, they've commented my face looks slimmer etc and i stepped on the scales last month to find i was 1lb 6oz away from a one stone weight loss.
My aim is to get back to my pre-diagnosed PCOS weight of 9 & half or 10 stone by this time next year.
I look forward to being able to buy clothes that look good on me once again and no longer struggling to find an outfit when going out.
Also my leg pain has reduced which is a bonus but still there. Its a long road ahead but this is the push i needed i think. I plan to start going to the gym from next week once it opens (Its a new gym) but I'm current walking 20mins a day (its all i can manage with my legs and back pain right now but its a start)
