We & sw alternatives

Hi all 6 years ago I lost 6 and half stone with we. I've since put it all back on, although have had lo 21 months ago. Anyway I follow a few GP's and Dr's on Instagram some have previously stated ww and & & sw are not great for long term success which of course makes sense. I'm trying to find an alternative but I like the idea of a structured plan to keep to? Does anyone follow such a thing or calorie count alone. Ive thought about body coach but there's a lot of meal prep involved and I'm not sure I could manage that also seen one on Instagram called nobs guide which is a 12 week generic plan I think. Nobs stands for no BS. Any others around or anyone in same boat? Thanks all

Try a bowl\plate called full stop online. Not the most attractive looking thing in the world ... looks a bit like a hospital bed pan lol. Its the exact size of a relaxed stomach.
You put whatever you are eating in it and only eat that amount. Apparently it takes 20mins for your brain to register with your stomach that you are full.
You eat. Wait 20mins n should technically be full.
It relies more on portion control than dieting. So you are not really on a diet and can enjoy foods you would be craving. Although im sure if you have lost weight before you already understand the concept of a healthy and varied food plan rather that filling it full of pizza or creamy curry every night.
I am going to buy one after seeing it being reviewed on a recent tv programme.
If diets arent sustainable then portion control may be an alternative option. Good luck with whatever you choose x
