The 'shaming' aspect of WW or SW

Hi,

For those of you who have tried either, have you found yourself motivated by the 'shaming' aspect of either of the above, where you meet up weekly and they weigh you and track you?

I know what foods are/aren't conducive to weight loss and for me it's a question of beating comfort eating/will power.

I just wondered whether reporting each week was an effective motivator?

Lol there is never ever any shaming at either of those but I did find knowing someone else was gonna look at my weight on the scales once a week kept me on track.

Please look at Rebelfit instead. Slimming world is such an awful organisation. www.facebook.com/WeAreRebelfit/posts/1807940272674287?tn=K-R
