I have around 5-6 Stone to lose and I’m finishing the year the same weight as I started it, despite trying (and obviously failing) to lose weight. I plan to get back on it asap -needed to get Christmas out of the way first- but I’m planning also to book some hypnotherapy sessions, which I’ve never done before. I totally understand that I have to do the work in terms of food and exercise, my hope is that hypnotherapy can help me keep on track and stay single-minded about it. Has anyone used hypnotherapy in this way and if so what did you think of it? Did it help? Was it worth it?
