Different intention each month?

I really need to lose weight and I keep trying and I keep getting bored and disillusioned. However, I know that I can and like to do something for a month at a time - eg dry January, lent, Dressember etc. If I set a different weight loss intention each month, on the theory that they all work, asking as you stick to them, do you think I'll lose weight?
I'm thinking dry January, intermittent fasting February, sugar-free March, low fat April etc. Perhaps not as effective as sticking to one scheme long term, but surely better than panicking at the thought and giving up after two days.
Any other ideas or is this mad???

I’m doing veganuary, can’t do dry January as I don’t drink 🤣, I’m hoping going vegan for a month will help me shift a tiny bit of weight and help me cut out the crap food I eat.

I did veganuary last year. That's exactly the sort of thing I mean!

I think it’s doable. I get bored of diets especially eating the same foods all the time. I was doing ok with the “move more and eat less” thing but ended up exercising more and eating twice as much 😂 and now I’m back to being a size bigger than I would like.
