Tips for getting the weight off and keeping it off!

Ugh, it's almost 2020 and I've still not lost the weight I promised myself I'd lose at 15 after hitting puberty. In fact, post-DC I'm now heavier than ever and with lump and bumps in places I'd rather not have then!

So does anyone have any good tips for getting down to their "natural" weight? I have a big appetite and can lose weight quickly, but then start scoffing again and it all comes back on. I'm bloody sick of not fitting in my old clothes now and feel like it's not me, if you know what I mean? I don't like the idea of diets as I don't think you can stick to them in the long-term. I'd rather just have a healthy relationship with food. Problem is when I restrict my intake I get grumpy and ravenous!

Any help appreciated!

Try keto, its not for everyone, but I love it and lost 11kgs

@tatiannatomasina thanks, it looks vaguely similar to clean and lean which I tried a few years ago. I did enjoy that but found the food costs quite expensive. Is Keto more reasonable?
