Does anyone else find that their menstrual cycle drasitcally affects their weight loss?

Before my period I feel really bloated and heavy. I am obviously retaining lots of water or maybe my bad moods actually have substance and weight. I feel like I have gained weight despite sticking to WW fairly strictly.
But after I have usually lost a few pounds. I am not alone, am I? Is this quite normal?

This hapens to me to I gain weight just before and during my period I am looking forward to it finishing to see if have actally lost weight

I find it incredibly hard to sick to a diet during this time as well as like different types of food

I have sarted taking vitamins for my moods though as they were getting really bad

I think I should perhaps take some supplements to give me energy so as I'm not diving into a glass of wine at the end of the day because I am stressed and knackered. I think alcohol adds to the bloating iyswim. I would love to be the type of person who could just sip hot water and lemon all day

I always put on a pound or two during my period ( or just before ) and then it usually comes straight off the week afterwards, so I end up staying the same. It's really frustrating, but I've learnt to just go with it.
