BIG tasty meal with bacon and 6 nuggets:(

Now I feel so rubbish , I have lost 2 stone over the course of around one year, and kept it off, and feel good about myself, I know I would like to lose around another stone, and after that greasy meal and a waste of £9 I feel utterly rubbish and wish I could undo it!

:( words of wisdom really.

I did this with chicken nuggets the other day. Don’t beat yourself up, we all have off days. Draw a line under it and get back on plan. The worst thing is to think sod it then continue with junk. It’s just one meal, you can do this!

It’s one meal. One meal doesn’t have to derail your weight loss. It’s done now, stop beating yourself up. Flowers

It was just a one-off - and I bet it wasn't as great as you imagined it would be.

Once in a while is absolutely ok, you wouldn't do it every day/week.

Go for a brisk walk or swim - drink lots of water, have something light for lunch to 'offset' the fat and calories.

2 stone is a great achievement - it shows you have good willpower and determination.

As others have said. It’s a one off
No big deal

Bluntness100 · 17/12/2019 13:27

Congrats on the two stone.

It's fine as a one off, as long as you don't think fuck it. I've done it now, may as well eat a shit ton more crap.

OddestSock · 17/12/2019 18:54

Yep, a one off, and thats fine! No one eats perfectly all the time, and it's not going to make you 2 stone heavier!

As the others have said, draw a line under it, it doesn't have to define you! In the past, I have been guilty of messing up one day and just given up and binged on rubbish for days afterwards. I'm working on changing my mindset and not beating myself up if I eat something not great. I let myself enjoy it, then that's fine!

As others have said it’s one meal. I’ve lost a similar amount of weight and know how long that takes and how hard it is. You can have a bad day. If you do yourself down it’s more likely to turn into more than a day.
Look at what you’ve achieved. You’re doing well x
