Has anyone lost weight just through stress?

I popped on scales for first time in few months today and have lost half a stone! Was in healthy weight range and still am so still ‘healthy’.

No change to diet or exercise level, only difference is I having been feeling really stressed (work and home issues) recently. Has anyone else lost weight just through stress?

I’m amazed and also slightly concerned that there could be a hidden cause?

I lost loads of weight once when I was an NQT with a bullying boss. I never want to be that thin again. I felt like I had IBS which my brother suffers from, but only for a few months. I wasn't eating due to hunger, only by the clock. 2 Weetabix at breakfast, banana at break, sandwich at lunch (I couldn't stomach the banana and sandwich together) and dinner with my husband. Constantly feeling sick and raised heartbeat. I don't recommend it. Anyone in that situation, find a way out. (I know a lot of people's stress is caused by grief, which can't be helped. But for everyone else, even carers, find a way to get a break if at all possible).
