I really struggle with my weight and would love to loose some!!

I used to go to the gym 3 times a week but I didn't see any difference what so ever after quite a while so just gave up.

I need to go back and start eating good but I have no motivation at all

I'm stuck.

As the saying goes "you lose weight in the kitchen and get fit at the gym" - the exercise will be doing you good but if you are still eating badly then your weight won't really change.

I'm reasonably good about exercising but just can't get motivated at all lately to do anything about my ever increasing weight.

Stop seeing food as the enemy. Diets don't work, you need to make lifestyle changes.
Going to the gym won't make you lose weight, it will help tone and strengthen your body. You will look better and feel better from the exercise, and you will want to eat healthier because you will be fitter.

If you don't want to go to the gym, find an exercise class that does 2 or 3 classes a week. A couple of weeks and you'll notice a difference.
