The past couple of weeks I have been slipping slowly away from my diet
I've had a bad couple of weeks and been feeling a bit low so haven't really been worried about the diet.
I had been doing really well and lost 32lb since April but I'm now finding it hard to get back into the swing of things and keep too it as I really don't want to undo the good work.
I've still got at least another 3 stone to go so need to get motivated to keep going.
Anyone got any tips to get through this and back on track?
