Thank you for getting us started this week, Smalline! Maybe the weather is improving now? As I write the sun is out.... and I've lost a pound, too, so I feel cheerful. Good luck, everyone.

Guess what HeavyBee I know exactly where your pound is, I've put on a pound this week. Am not stressing though because I know that once the kids are back at school, I will get back into my fitness regime and the weight will fall off (yeah right)!

Have not been doing much over the last few weeks, have been stuck indoors a lot due to the the rain & cold weather.
