Between broken cars and sick children life has somewhat conspired against me since the summer, which meant that I wasn't able to go to my fitness class once a week. My body shape is clearly showing the results I'm afraid.
As I suspect that life may not be improving by much in the new year, I would like to try to do little things daily... so I am looking for an app which walks me through a short (10-15 minutes) stretching and strength routine, and which I could do once a day or so. Your suggestions welcome :-)!
