After losing 2 stone last year I’ve ballooned back up and regained it all. I feel terrible for it, I look terrible for it. But I just can’t get my head back into eating well. I excercise regularly - cirtcuit training 2-4 times a week. And 1-2 dog walks each day. But I just can’t get my eating under control, only low carbing works for me. But I just end up eating crap or not being organised enough.
I don’t know how to snap myself out of it
