Hi
I need to lose about 10 lbs. I'm post menopausal, so it's harder to lose. I'm usually very careful but this past week, I have had days of stuffing myself - mostly full of carbs, when i follow a low carb diet.
it's depressing the hell out of me. i need to get back on the wagon tomorrow, but I'm scared I'll be defeated again
