Hi I was wondering if any slimming world members could help me out. I've gained weight which I'm not happy with as it's all in the wrong places ie love handles, tummy and a bit of bingo wings.. I tried to sign up to slimming world to lose these extra gains but it won't let me as I'm still within the healthy range 🙄😩 so I'm stuck as ideally I wanted to go down the SW route as its a healthy way of losing the weight and gives you better eating habits in the long run. So my point is is anyone able to explain how SW works and point me in direction of recipes so I can do this myself at home?
Gym membership isn't a option as I simply don't have the opportunity to go more than once a week and paying the amount they charge I would need to go more than once to justify it
Side note I do not want to be under weight just back to what i did weigh.
